Radium kit is definitely nicer but it cost more than twice as much as the Z1 kit does and it requires to modify and upgrade the oem pump. It provides the option to have additional pump and fuel pressure regulator, which are very useful for FI build. But just for solving the fuel starvation problem, I don't think it worth twice as much as the Z1 kit can offer.
In fact I think the Z1 kit out perform the Radium on solving fuel starvation. because the hydration mat in the Z1 kit is super large and sticks on the very bottom of the tank. It really can suck every single drop of fuel from driver side and transfer to the main pump on the passenger side. Whereas the Radium tank, it's not touching the bottom of the tank, so it wont work as good as Z1 under extream low fuel level.
