I’ve never owned a bike; but came really close to purchasing a ZL900 Eliminator back in 87’....it was an 86’ model, brand new & still in the crate...$3500
I was just about to turn 21 & had nearly 1/2 the people I worked with talk me out of it
Might have been a good thing, but back then- I thought it was a sexy looking bike & was pretty darn quick
