Yep exactly, I'm very confident it'll get dismissed anyways. Going to get in contact with a lawyer just to make sure I do it correctly. Even if it were written to me I'm confident I could beat it. Just inconvenienced me now because he had very little proof besides "hearing me". Aftermarket exhaust (Ark GRiP) but still stock cats and headers so not obnoxious.
