The thing is, A/C stopped blowing cold *suddenly*...I'm thinking something is up with the compressor.

You might have picked up a rock & holed the condenser

Could be a fuse,pressure switch,wiring,hose,line,compressor,clutch,etc....
Gotta trouble shoot it, but if compressor clutch isn’t engaging...definitely won’t cool
