JL, I have found espresso to be a much healthier alternative to other caffeinated beverages when I travel. Although I should note that I rarely have issues with jet lag. Unless the time change is 10 hours or more, I'm pretty solid. I also have no issues sleeping on a plane.

I only have issues sleeping when the red blood cell count gets high in my caffeine....
