Durability should be fine, Toyotas been using them since 86. My concern is how it will perform v.s. having a solid axle where you put the wheel on the obstacle & you gain overall ground clearance instead of pretty much just raising the wheel. The sway bar disconnect will help in keping wheels on the ground, but all the electronics kind of scare me a little, but hey I 've been waiting for this truck for decades after selling my 76.

I know I won't be wheeling a lot of the harder tighter trails I use to as it's a good foot+ wider & a good bit longer. (No more Dusy, the XJ barely fit on that trail ) & I won't be out to rag out 50k+ vehicle, but MOAB will be seeing us again soon.
