For RHD cars I'm assuming your battery compartment is on the right hand side (in front of the passenger seat) and your brake fluid reservoir is on the left hand side (when standing in front of the car looking into the engine bay, so brake fluid reservoir is in front of the driver on RHD layout). With that being said, shouldn't the fuse relay harness be the same? Short side attaches to the passenger (side with the battery) and long side attaches to the driver.

Yeah I definitely have the black one disconnected. After looking through the sheet one more time, it does say that if the OEM bulbs have been replaced in the tail lights, the sequential wont work. To fix this you need to change the resistor, can someone explain what this means to me?
Also, I'm assuming that having the fuse box on the left side of the bay, it means the fuse you swap out is quite close to the headlight. The fuse being on the top left of the fuse box and the fuse box being on the right side of the car for me, means that I've gotta bring the wire across the whole box and turn it back into itself, otherwise it won't shut. It's difficult to explain, and this probably sounds like nonsense, but thought I'd mention it in case anyone else was having that problem. Easy solution to that though!
