I think with the TTS and the TTRS being quattro (only AWD when slipping, otherwise FWD), the average driver is going to get to the best times more consistantly. The Z requires a very good driver and good throttle control on take off to get the best times. The TTRS has launch control and the quattro which makes an avg driver get those better times. The TTS is 0 60 in 4.9 secs and the TTRS is 4.5 secs from what I have seen. The Z can get 4.6 on well prepped tracks with a good take off. Using my Gtech Im getting a consistant 5 secs on a regualar road on stock tires. I havent been able to do a run since I got my FI CBE on but Im sure I would atleast get a 4.9 time.
Now chip, TBE, and CAI the TTS or the TTRS and you are looking around 4.5 for the TTS and 4.2 for the TTRS I would think.
The Quattro really is an amazing feature as it only goes AWD when the tires are slipping, then its FWD when they arent, which cuts back on the drive train loss. And the DSG is super super fast. Wish the Z had the DSG like the GTR.
