For goodness sake we even put expensive filters on our cars to keep the engine clean why not your lungs?
Engine can be replaced... lungs dont..... some yes but failed due to infection.

By rights. My lungs should be filled with concrete with everything I've breathed in over the years.
But I never smoked.
I can remember my dad waking up in to morning hacking up black balls of tar from the coal mine. He had black lung. The steel mill workers had red lung red from the iron ore dust.
