Susan is going to be grabbing some assorted beer from FX Matt brewery and Copper City brewery which are local here. I told her to grab a few light things and a few heavier IPA's.

Upon arrival, we will probably make a Meijer run to pick up a few racks of ribs, a chicken, some steaks, etc. I'll abuse Madwi's smoker for that stuff and sous vide the steals.
