Just don't make the mistake I did one time. I was watching Monday Night Football. Made the first clove. Then the second........... Ended up eating 6 cloves during the game. I smelled like garlic for a week.

GF and I made two dozen cloves into roasted garlic butter tonight, along with baseball-sized bison/beef meatballs. Melted provolone on top of the meat baseballs. A-fvcking-mazing.
