You need a garlic roaster. Take a clove of garlic. Slice the top off. Put it in the roaster with a pat of butter on top the clove. 60 seconds in a microwave and you're eating good.
Just don't make the mistake I did one time. I was watching Monday Night Football. Made the first clove. Then the second........... Ended up eating 6 cloves during the game. I smelled like garlic for a week.
