I've actually had good luck with the Cyberpower ones as well (I have several of the 1350s on computers and NASs). But the critical office stuff is pretty much all on APC stuff. In my experience the APC batteries last less time on average, but they are easy to replace for typically 1/3 or less than the cost of a new UPS
