Pulling the tilt lever on the Z leans the seat forward but does not automatically slide the seat all the way forward like most coupes with backseats. So you have to manually slide the seat all the way forward and then pull the tilt lever. That should get it pretty close to, if not touching, the steering wheel. For power seats, as cooltoy mentions below, you can use the buttons to slide and tilt the seat as far forward as possible for the most clearance.
