If you can, try and get a video of the mounting plate from inside the car. Is this on both sides or just the passenger side?

The spring looks like it is compressing smoothly, can only assume the issue is with the mount even though that doesn't look like the issue from the videos. It's just a common issue.

Did you install the coilovers yourself? IF so, did you torque the mounting bolts down after the car was set or when the wheels were in the air? Either case make sure the bolts are torqued with the wheels on the ground and after you've let the suspension settle.
