Nissan 370Z Forum - View Single Post - Double Din Navigation with g-force, 0-60 etc?

I will eventually replace the stock radio with an aftermarket navigation/stereo system. What I really want it to have though, is the ability to do what the GTechpro can do (g-force, 0-60, hp, tq, etc). Does this exist?
