Theres ways that race car drivers do this without a rack, using a string and basic tools but sure doesnt sound like the position you’re in

Go to an good alignment shop (not a generic chain) and get it done right

Without turn plates, camber gauges, and toe gauges. Take it to a shop.

Some of the equipment you need to do it yourself.
