I spent many weeks in a nearby small town once.... Freemont, OH.
I was rebuilding a heat treat furnace in a Kelsey Hayes foundry that poured rotors.
Of 14 of us there for a couple of months, 13 got DWI’s. I was the lucky one...
The others all had to pay cash fines of $400 and then nothing was ever on their driving records...
