You have a selective memory. The riots at the
1968 Chicago Democratic Convention,
Kent State in 1970, and the list goes on and on and on. Our species has always been prone to violence - and probably always will be. Get more than 2-3 homo sapiens in a group and
things can get ugly. Nothing changes but the technology.
