Bad apples in every and any group, whether it's the protester or the cops. Sucks.
I believe the one cop is being charged with manslaughter. Unsure about the others. What I don't understand is, how come none of the other cops try to calm that one cop down, be like "hey that's enough, gotta ease off"....
