Default Is this power steering noise?

I suctioned some power steering fluid from the reservoir, replaced what I took out and drove for a few days, and repeated the same about a week later.

I used something similar to a diff fluid pump. I am now noticing a slight creaking noise when turning at speed. I assumed it was air in power steering fluid. I pulled the cap and turned the wheel lock to lock a few times. No air bubbles. I also noticed the car doesn’t make the creaking noise when turning the wheel idle or at at a creep. Only at 10-25mph do I notice it. (Above 25 the car is too loud, so not sure if it does it beyond that).

Could this be power steering related? Or perhaps just a chassis creak?

Thanks!
