Toyota doesn't do recalls or anything like that if they can do it. What they do is what is called a silent campaign. They won't tell you anything unless you ask about it. You bring to vehicle in for service. If the is any TSB, recalls, or anything else. They will do it without telling you. My daughter's BF was a service manager for a dealership and he told me what goes on behind the curtain. Toyota hides a lot.

That is correct my Tundra had a cam tower oil leak is is very common issue among the 5.7 V8 engine. Its a simple issue of the robot that makes the engine doest place sealant on the upper manifold causes leaks.
Called Toyota USA and complained about it, my truck is 2012 with expired warranty. Toyota took care of it had the job done for free. They should have called a recall on this but they didn’t. They fix as you complain about it silently.
The expense for parts is $9 and labor cost was $2.5K took 2 days to finish.
