Not trying to fanboy him or smacktalk you. Charles has done right by me as a manufacturer and seller. You have a valid complaint. Be's gone above and beyond by asking you for what you'd feel equitable. You've been very agreeable in asking the forum for suggestions. I'd like for both sides to come to an agreeable solution!
