both... a little bit of both money and service..
business has dropped for more than 70% since mid-March thus even that couple sales here and there doesn't make a big deal.
The few things that actually make me feels pretty good is when walk-ins need us to fix their eyeglasses, cos many other optical shops are closed and they need someone to help them.
Also some customers need to refill the contact lenses.
Last month I got a call from a customer who got stuck in Florida and she can't refill her contact lenses cos they need a new prescription paper..
Eventually expresspost an order to her... she feels like her life is saved.
Just this kind of stuffs, keeping me open the shop...
