OP, I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I used to have an '09 Z and bought her at 50k miles. The brake pads were new when I bought, as this was one of the first things I checked. Whenever I let her sit overnight and start her the next morning, whether going forward or reverse, when applying the brakes, it would make a really loud squeal and was audible even from a few hundred feet away. Once the brakes warmed up, the squealing would go away, so it was only happening on cold starts.
If what the other members suggest don't work, what worked for me was I took out the brake pads and applied a anti-squeal paste on the BACK of the pads (do NOT apply on the actual padding part) and re-installed and squealing went away.
