I've noticed the front doing this from day one.....and I think its just a product of the front suspension geometry. At this time of year, with stone cold tires, they are not very pliable and will shudder skip MUCH more than in warm weather when the rubber is pliable and willing to shave/scrub across the warm blacktop. Additionally, I know the geometry changes under compression....as in real driving examples....where the weight transfers and compresses the suspension. In the slow parking lot stuff....there is no weight transfer and the "cranked" tires have no real weight on them so they will tend to skip across the blacktop....at least those were my thoughts, sounded reasonable to me so I never worried about it once I noticed it and thought about it.
Haven't noticed any issues with the rear though...
