Are you ever going to finish the Garage Condo JC? We had 2 birds build a complete nest on the top of a cell tower. We just upgraded all the equipment up top last week. They built a nest and had 3 eggs in it when we went back today. Straight back down the tower the crew came. They did that in a week. No more climbing allowed until babies fly away and a Biologist signs off on it. We have seen them do that in 3 days flat. How long have you been working on the garage condo? By the way, the nest was not small. About 4ft x 4ft.
