Never used one.

How large of holes are you drilling? If it's just 3/16 or 1/4 for tapcons (get Hilti E Z ancors, thank me later) just get good bits with the flat spots on them. Cordless drills do ok on those as long as it has a newer style chuck that clicks as it closes. Even up to 3/8 would be ok.

I use the 1/4" at work all the time. They can be reused 100s of times if you don't strip the head or bend them. They hold way better than tapcons too.
