Our techs suck- ive heard one of them telling users "hold on while I look it up on Google.." haha.. Plus they cant multitask. I totally understand that feeling. I wish I could share some of the ******** I read in the tickets that get escalated.
That reminds me, I need to renew vmug and buy a new server that vSphere 7.0 can be installed on for homelab.
