When you go to the HD settings and add cameras. You lose on the amount of storage because of the extra data being stored. The storage is on a loop. The more data being stored, the shorter the loop. The loop is about 18 days before it starts over. With the app. I can view my cameras on my phone. I got the system from Sam's Club for $500.00.
