Never did get the pear tree trimmed. I go back out and it's raining. So I put my stuff away. Go down to the basement and start working on the bathroom. Got all of my plumping done.
Had to redo some water lines that was done by the last owner. Put a new wax ring under the toilet again. That stopped the smell.
The last wax ring was a new high tech one that didn't seal to the toilet. But SEALED it's self to the floor.
