Case in point yo wear mask or not to wear mask at hospital hallways!
Took 3 weeks before they decided yes as per CDC we need to wear mask at all times.
To late we are all already exposed!

This happened back in Dec til this day. The clinic I work for has gone through an affiliation with a major hospital in the LA area, and last year broke that affiliation and sold to another major hospital.
I see a huge difference between the two organizations. With the affiliation (they provided financial/resource support), they gave us anything we needed, threw all the resources at our disposal to solve a problem, and made sure to give credit and appreciation to their employees.
The people that bought us, their employees seem to always be in the CYA mode, not willing to make "command decisions", and communications is non existent.
It was stressful for them before the pandemic. Im glad Im working remotely now.
Edit: even though my projects are on hold for this pandemic to calm down, I got a call from a dude the other day thats working on other projects, hes STILL working, deploying stuff around socal. The decision for me to work remotely was made by one my clinics former managers that has pull. That other dude, he wasnt so lucky.
