Meanwhile, if Hong Kong didn’t have a case until Jan 6 (I haven’t checked your date but it seems reasonable) then it would seem to suggest that China did not delay very much. Think of how fast the virus is spreading. If it were around in China in say early December, it would have been found outside of the country much sooner, would it not? |
There was a big New Year party in Wuhan. Lots of people flew in for the party and then back out. That is how it spread out of the area from my understanding. The party was not cancelled as it should have been.
