The reason China isnt going all out invading countries is not because they dont have the strength, but for geo political consequences. Same reason why we dont just take the Spratly Islands from them

If you need 5x or 10x the casualty to match an opponent, is that really a win? To the CCP, human lives are worthless. They had no problem sacrificing them in war and/or anything to further expand their agenda (Cultural Revolution, the Great Famine). Things have changed since war times, most families have 1 or 2 child, not 5-10. You think the parents will just let their only kid sacrifice themselves? The Chinese culture is not the same as American culture.
The CCP is a classic bully, they will attack people who are weaker than they are. As soon as they see someone more powerful, they back off. As I said, don't let what you see on the surface fool you. They have a lot of things going on underneath and you have to understand their culture to see how they behave.
China's investment into WHO is working out great, look at Tedros and the Canadian cuckold making all the excuses for them. You are right that they are using the debt strategy to trap Africa and they are definitely succeeding. This is why I compare their money to Opium. You take it at your own risk. Luckily I think some of the "investments" are blowing up in their face, aka Venezuela. If you are going to talk about debt, you can't forget about their own debt....
