i used a "new orleans style" rub on the rib meat and then used a little apple cider vinegar and water mixed together in the bottom of the instapot. Pressure HIGH for 15 minutes and let it vent naturally for 10 minutes (let it sit there before opening pressure release). I then tried to get them in one piece onto a cookie sheet and basted with favorite BBQ sauce and put under broiler in oven for about 7 minutes or until sauce starts to get crispy charred spots and sugars are carmalizing.
