On the way to work. I just about ran over a state trooper. Crested the top of a hill with a turn on top doing about 65 in a 45. The trooper was putting flares down and walking back to his car. Looked over on the right. Someone had crashed over the guard rail, flipped a couple of times and landed right side up. Didn't see any other cars around. Just the trooper. Hardly any skid marks on the road. But the road was wet from the rain.
