I have a lot of car guy friends and not one has expressed any interest in the new Supra. I’ll bet that this is a generalized sentiment across the car enthusiast community. There was no way the new Supra could’ve been a sales success. At best, it’s a cheaper BMW and that is never a good thing. MINI comes to mind. I said it before and I’ll say it again, Toyota messed up big time and completely ignored the true Supra enthusiast and JDM car culture. Hopefully Nissan will not make the same mistake with the new Z if it happens.
