A lot of geniuses just buy frozen foods and the common cuts of meats. I can smoke or sous vide tough cuts. I can make my own breads and pizzas. I have a guy I get eggs from.
I do want to get a meat grinder so I can start making my own burgers from specific cuts again.

I have a meat grinder that I use mostly for making ham spread for sandwiches.
Left over baked ham, pickles, and mayo. Can add other things to spice up the taste. Change the pickles to the sweet & hot chips. Sometimes, add a little mustang.
