New cases or once shot cases I do a full prep on them. Full length resize, trim to length, debuur the mouth, flash hole deburr, primer pocket uniformed, neck wall thickness cut to .012" for rifle. After every 2 firing. I will anneal the necks. I also bump the should back .002" after the first firing and every firing after that. After I do the full prep. I only check for length every 2 firings, a long with the annealing.
Rifle bullets, I will sort through them by weight and ogive length. Pistol, I just weight the bullets.
