I'm 34, but mentally I feel like I'm double. One thing I've learned is NEVER take your health (or anything worthwhile) for granted, and really take care of it now rather than later. Luckily, I've never encountered a major medical issue (never been to the hospital, never broken a bone, never had a cavity, etc.), but I do notice a difference in recovery times after workouts compared to even just 4 years ago.
