Denso Sparkplugs come factory in the US models, NGK Laser iridium plugs are available for them.
I always do my plugs at 50k, Nismo says 60 & base,Sport is like 90k miles.
It’s coil on plug & easiest if upper intake plenum is removed...requiring drainage of coolant & disconnecting some hoses & electrical plugs.
Intake gasket is reusable.
You’ll want to clean upper plenum with air intake cleaner (including both throttle bodies) & remove the 2 MAF’s....and spray them down good with mass air flow sensor cleaner only (let them dry before install)
Get a tube of dialectic grease & apply to intake gasket & around rubber seals on MAF’s.
It’s like a Vaseline.
Don’t rush & take your time- not that hard
If there’s a good bit of oil cleaned out of upper intake plenum; may want to replace both pcv valves....some guy’s add catch can’s; because the oil is no good in the combustion chamber.
Don’t forget your air filters. & serpentine belt.
Being an 09’ may want to consider new hoses.
