Best advice is to check your owners manual general maintenance section or you can view your owners manual online at Nissan USA to find out what the general maintenance schedule is for normal duty and severe duty. If you do any kind of track duty with your Z classify it as severe duty. Posting this question in the correct section will move mountains as far as getting answers. If you have not ever changed your spark plugs since 2009 it would be a good idea to install new spark plugs. The brake fluid in our cars takes a beating. Depending on the condition of your brake fluid a brake fluid flush will always help. Also look at the DIY guide/instructions and do your own oil changes they are not too hard to do yourself.
