Brace is now installed. Didnt have to remove the exhaust or anything else to install. It fit perfectly. The brace mounted next to the midlinks like Rusty said. It was a very simple install, the hardest part was getting the bolts started on the subframe because the V-brace is kinda in the way - but even that was pretty simple. You can get a normal wrench inside the sub frame to hold down the nut, but an offset wrench would make life a tad bit easier.

Couldnt get a torque wrench on the top bolt to the differential, so I had to just guestimate the torque. When I test drove after installing, I could definitely feel the difference.
