Mortality rate is below 2% last I saw, so if you are a healthy person, you will likely take it like you would the normal flu.
Keep some hand sanitizer in your car, use disinfectant wipes every one and awhile on things you touch everyday, and things like that will help reduce the risk of getting it, but it is contagious before symptoms present, which makes it difficult to get under control.

~2% is the mortality rate. Its unknown the number of unreported infections, but you can be sure there are quite a few. Perhaps even some that have been exposed, had mild symptoms, and make a full recovery. With that in mind, that would bring that mortality rate down even lower.
