I don't personally know anyone who has, but I imagine there are some people who still do. I didn't go that route when I got mine because to me it wasn't worth it, being that not a great deal had changed from year to year, and a new one cost so much more. I felt I would be spending thousands more for no reason other than getting it new. If you can find a 2019 or even 2018 in good condition, with good mileage, I'd go with that. Just my two cents.
