Gomer gave me the idea to look into converting the spl front control arms to take a cylinder bushing and it looks like that may be possible. It looks like just need to buy
these to replace the
spherical joints the spl arms come with . I wish I would have known this before buying the z1 stuff, but it is exciting to know we have another option and possibly the best option as far as ease of use and legality. SPL is nice enough to offer a
trade in program which I may take advantage of if this works. Time frame for when I try this will hopefully be before the season starts or maybe earlier into the season as I still need to buy my seat, mounting hardware and tires.
