Unsure where those are mounted on that year pickup w/common rail
Some were mounted at L/R of engine, but all ISB’s in the larger trucks are mounted on the backside of an aluminum plate-where the ECU attaches...it’s setup to flow fuel through that plate & keeps computer cool
Same on the C,L & M series Cummins...haven’t replaced one on the ISX
