When I was at Elliott. Had a welding engineer with a PhD that though his chit was hot stuff. Talk about hating each other.
With him, if it wasn't in the book. It didn't fly. About went postal on him a couple of times. He caused me a lot of heart ache.
Took me 18 months to get rid of him. It was prorevenge and malicious compliance.
