I get so frustrated with Help Desks. Half of the people there dont know crap. Unfortunately, as a contractor, I cant do some stuff on my own and have to follow the companys policy of opening a ticket. Ive had some users tell me that the help desk would often tell them "sorry, theres nothing I can do for you" and close out their ticket..
