I'm rather proud of my Googlefoo but can't seem to find any info on court cases that have established precedence in the matter. Since States are still passing gun laws, I'm assuming there's a judicial opinion somewhere saying it's not unconstitutional. Or have State gun laws, in general, never been contested? Can anybody provide some links. Hints on what to search for would help.

The way states are passing gun laws but sneakily staying within constitutional rights is by using the death by a thousand cuts method. Ban "high cap" mags.. ban mag release buttons... ban folding stocks.. ban flash suppresors... its gets to a point where they're banning everything that makes up the evil black rifle and forces law abiding gun owners to own a travesty of what an AR once was.... law makers argue that these laws makes everyone safer and "see? We didnt ban the AR!"..Thy just neutered them
